Now that our sale has completed, Keri-Dawn and I wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how satisfied we were with our experience.  Tom was a breath of fresh air, and provided the kind of expertise, advice and service one would hope for and expect in their agent.

When I first spoke with Tom, he let me know he was not like all the other realtors out there, and he was not kidding.  We had already had one bad experience with a previous agent, and knew we needed someone different from the industry norm.  He didn't have the usual spiel and routine, but was down to earth, genuine and relatable.  You could tell right away, he was honest, positive, relaxed but still very professional.

We really felt that he had our best interest at heart throughout, and didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear, but set our expectations very well, and gave us valuable and accurate guidance.  He even made suggestions that would clearly make the sale and process more challenging for himself, but would result in a better outcome for us.  He was always very attentive, available and patient, even when we were a bit neurotic and nervous about things, he kept us grounded and focused. 

In the end, we feel that we received excellent value for both our property and representation, and are extremely happy with the outcome and experience with Tom and Roman Realty.
